What is Antimicrobial Masterbatch?

We produce high-performance antimicrobial systems that elevate hygiene standards to the highest level by preventing the growth of bacteria, fungi, and mold on plastic surfaces. Our formulations based on silver ion technology disrupt the cell walls of microorganisms, stopping their reproduction and providing long-term protection within the polymer matrix. Recommended Dosage

  • In general consumer goods and white goods applications: 1.0% - 2.0%
  • In food packaging and kitchenware: 1.5% - 2.5%
  • In medical devices and critical parts requiring high hygiene: 2.0% - 4.0%
