Our REACH Compliance
As Erk-Han, we declare that all masterbatches, special compounds, and functional additives we produce fully comply with the European Union's Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). None of our products contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) included in the candidate list regularly updated by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in a concentration above 0.1% by weight.
We closely monitor all raw materials in our supply chain within the scope of the REACH regulation and select them in accordance with legal restrictions. In line with the value we place on the environment and human health, we commit to maintaining our safe and sustainable production processes with transparency.
