Erk-Han in the home appliance industry
In home appliances, plastic parts come from different molds, sometimes from different suppliers, and meet on the same assembly line, so color consistency is the top requirement. Erk-Han produces white and color masterbatch and functional additives for the plastic parts of refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioners and small appliances, and ships them to producers in Europe, Africa and the Americas.

- White masterbatch: High whiteness and opacity with rutile TiO₂.
- Color masterbatch: Matching to a RAL code or a sample color.
- UV & light stabilizer and antioxidant: Against yellowing under heat and light.
- Antistatic: Reduces dust pick-up on the surface.
Color consistency
For color orders, we recommend defining the target color with a physical sample or a RAL code, and the target color difference (ΔE) and measuring illuminant in your quotation request. The approved formulation is kept unchanged in every lot, and each shipment comes with a certificate of analysis (CoA).
Recommended Dosage
- In standard body and internal components: 1.0% - 2.0%
- In small appliances requiring high gloss and aesthetic surfaces: 1.5% - 3.0%
- In special applications for anti-yellowing (UV) and dust-repellency (Antistatic): 2.0% - 4.0%
Shipping
We ship from our plant in Bursa OSB, 30 minutes from Gemlik Port, under EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. The MSDS and TDS are prepared together with the ATR, EUR.1 and certificate of origin each shipment requires.
