What is Antistatic Masterbatch?

We produce high-performance antistatic systems to prevent the accumulation of static electricity caused by friction on plastic surfaces and to provide safe surface conductivity. Our advanced technology formulations, which migrate from the polymer matrix to the surface and increase the moisture retention capacity, lower the surface resistance and completely eliminate the risks of dust attraction, electrification, and discharge.

Used in a wide area from packaging to electronic equipment, automotive parts to industrial films, our solutions offer both short-term rapid effect and long-term permanent protection options. These series, developed in our production facilities, minimize safety risks caused by electrostatic discharge while preserving the aesthetic appearance of your products and increasing efficiency in production lines.

Recommended Dosage

  • In standard packaging and general industrial films: 1.0% - 2.0%
  • In electronic goods packaging and parts requiring long-term protection: 2.0% - 3.0%
  • In low humidity environments and highly sensitive applications: 3.0% - 5.0%
