Erk-Han in agriculture
Drip irrigation pipes, mulch films and greenhouse covers work for long periods in the sun, and the choice of masterbatch and additives directly sets their service life. Erk-Han produces black masterbatch, UV additives and filler masterbatch for makers of agricultural products and ships to producers in Europe, Africa and the Americas.
Applications
- Flat drip irrigation pipe and micro irrigation: Well-dispersed carbon black in a thin wall; an opaque pipe prevents algae growth and clogging.
- Irrigation pipe: UV resistance, mechanical strength and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR).
- Mulch and greenhouse film: UV resistance; infrared and anti-fog additives as the project requires.
Products
- Black masterbatch: High-carbon grades for pipe and mulch film.
- UV & light stabilizer: Sunlight resistance in greenhouse and agricultural films.
- Filler masterbatch: To reduce polymer use where the application allows.
Recommended Dosage
- In standard drip irrigation pipes and general agricultural parts: 1.5% - 2.5%
- In thin-walled flat drip pipes and high-concentration black applications: 2.0% - 3.5%
- In greenhouse covers, agricultural films, and special climate control additives: 2.5% - 5.0%
Shipping
Our plant is in Bursa OSB, 30 minutes from Gemlik Port. We work under EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP and prepare the CoA, MSDS and TDS along with the ATR, EUR.1 and certificate of origin as each shipment requires.
