ERK-HAN RoHS DECLARATION
As Erk-Han, we declare that all masterbatches, special compounds, and functional additives we produce fully comply with the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and the delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. In the formulations of our products, Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB), Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE), and restricted phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP) are below the maximum concentration values permitted by the regulations or are entirely absent.
In accordance with our production policy sensitive to the environment and human health, all raw materials in our supply chain are meticulously audited within the framework of these standards and continuously tested in our R&D laboratory.
